Livermore (2015) stated, “Leaders with high CQ Action can draw on the other three capabilities of CQ to translate their enhanced motivation, understanding, and planning into action. They process a broad repertoire of behaviors, which they can use depending on the content” (p. 155). Solely having a strategy does not guarantee action.
In this assignment, you will:
- Report regarding how the last couple of weeks went regarding your strategy from the last paper
- Talk about how you can adapt your communication going forward
- How you plan to lead differently
- How you will know when to adapt and not to adapt.

Your paper needs to be APA style, using APA section headings, 4 pages double spaced (plus cover and reference page), with at least two scholarly references (the course books do not count towards the minimum scholarly references).
