• Review this week’s Learning Resources, specifically Grol (2001).
Post by Day 4, a description of two historical and/or contemporary approaches to quality improvement you feel would be most effective to improve health care quality and safety. Then, evaluate how these approaches could be applied to the case study you identified in Week 1. Finally, analyze how adapting these approaches might have altered the outcome in that case study.
