After reading the Chapter on Employment Law and the additional required readings, including a review of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the many other laws and regulations pertaining to Employment Law, please discuss the question posed by the Times article itself: do you think this employment model can thrive? Why or why not? How would you change it to make it better or to make it successful? What do you think about it in general? Do you agree with such models? Do they have a place?
