Is Spanking Ok?
Given the amount of emphasis placed on caregiver roles in child development, there has been a long standing debate on the effects of spanking or corporal punishment on child development. In this discussion please review some varied resources of your own choosing (you can find many results for this online) and discuss what you found and then tell us a bit about your own thoughts on the matter. Opinions will vary and your reactions to the information you find will vary so this post can sometimes lead to some heated emotions/thoughts. As long as we keep it respectful and courteous of others perspectives we should be able to see an interesting spectrum of thoughts.
