Topic: ( Human Trafficking in Ethiopia and Nigeria)

Your final paper asks you to consider current global news stories in a historical context. One of the reasons we study history is to understand why the present looks the way it does. The point of this assignment is to understand how the past informs the present.

1. Identify a current problem in world news that affects two countries where people of African descent live (basically everywhere).
2. Then trace the historical roots of that problem.
