Drs. Morgeson, Campion, and Bruning present a chapter focused on job and team design. Topics include job design approaches, team design approach, implementation strategies and measurement, and evaluation of job and team design.
– Workplace Design
This chapter addresses workplace design, which according to the chapter authors deals with the shape, dimensions, and layout around working persons. In this chapter, the authors address the problem of working postures, workstation design, and workstation layout.
