Week 2 – Patients

Prepare 10 brief primary care case studies in different health issues/ wellness visit and respond to the following questions for each patient. These case studies must be done in a primary care clinic (doctor office), not in a hospital. (As a Family Nurse Practitioner). Adults only (19 and older). One of the cases MUST be a SKIN Condition (Allergic contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, insect bites, and burns (especially first degree) are common in the clinical area in Summer. Another case MUST be a HEENT Condition (Head, eyes, ears, nose, and throat)
