Note: Please I am a PMHNP student working with a preceptor in an outpatient Psychiatric unit .  This is not a hospital. 

Patient was a single 21-year-old female . she was hospitalized in September following suicidal ideation and gesture. She is very stressed out at home. Family put a lot of pressure on her. She graduated  but will not be going to college due to family financial issues. She was threatening to kill herself and was sent to the emergency room. She was discharged with Abilify 7.5mg . She was referred to  our outpatient clinic after discharge. So, during therapy, she told my preceptor and I   that the reason behind the suicide ideation and gesture was   because all her friends are going to college and the family kept telling her that she can not go further with education because they cannot afford it. So, in addition to the Abilify, hydroxyzine 25mg was added. We recommended Neuropsych to be done to rule out Autism spectrum for hallucination
