44-year-old woman with history of depression and anxiety. She’s been taking Wellbutrin for one year and sertraline for 4 years. Ashe came for treatment resistance for depression. During med management session or therapy, Abilify 2mg daily was added to the treatment. Abilify here acts like an elevator or booster. The patient is also grieving now, just lost the dad. issues with alcohol in the past. Labs done – liver test etc. Naltrexone was added because she was craving for alcohol now.
