The IRB has reviewed your materials. However, the student success team is not your committee chair. Please revise your response to #3b of your Form A (revisions can be made using the attached document). Also, please explain in section 4 of your Form B how results will be shared with the organization that is providing you with the data. Representatives should not have to seek out your study or other publications.

Finally, the draft data use agreement is not appropriate and will need to be revised as it does not really specify the data points that will be released to you. It is not necessary in the data use agreement to explain what correlations you are investigating and using vague language needs to be avoided. Please remove the bullets within section 3 and instead identify the exact data points that will be released to you. Please submit a revised draft of the data use agreement, but do not seek a signature at this time, as the IRB will need to review the terms to ensure they are compliant with your IRB materials.
