Social Skills Part 1

Social Skills Project (30% Annotated Bibliography 15 Interventions 15%): Students will develop a comprehensive unit of instruction for a particular social skill. The assignment will BEGIN with an annotated bibliography of six professional articles (related to social skills instruction/interventions)  from peer-reviewed publications, with each source correctly cited in APA style. The annotations shall include a summary of the article’s key conclusions; a statement or two describing the validity and reliability methodologies referenced in each article/study, any notations regarding bias on the part of the authors(if applicable), and a few sentences describing how the information in the article might be useful to a practitioner/teacher working with students who have ASD. This research should address a specific population or social skill that will increase participation and functioning in the school or community setting.
