Background: According to Sharda (2015), Systems development refers to the set of activities used to create an IS, a process in which the phases of the project are well documented, milestones are clearly identified, and all individuals involved in the project fully understand what precisely the project consists of and when deliverables are to be made.

Assignment: Regarding the background statement above, Define what the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) means and go ahead and research the seven phases of SDLC, mention those phases and describe briefly and not extensively each of these phases citing sample activities that are involved in each phase.
Your research paper should be at least three pages (800 words), double-spaced, have at least 4 APA references, and typed in an easy-to-read font in MS Word (other word processors are fine to use but save it in MS Word format). Your cover page should contain the following: Title, Student’s name, University’s name, Course name, Course number, Professor’s name, and Date.
All in-text citations must include page numbers.
Also, 1st In-text citation of any reference must include all authors name. Subsequent citation can be done with “et al” APA style is must for entire paper.
