I need help with my team project for my project manamgent class, it is about project integration. YOU NEED TO HAVE EXPERINCE IN PROJECT MANAGMENT!!!!! All resources I have are attached, and the instructions are attached in the word document named “Case Scenario2″. Only the this part is mine ” How much profit will be made on project X? “.

this is part 2 of the team assignment and it is based on the results we had for scenario 1. I have attached the excel file named projectX_project, so for scenario 2 the adjustments need to be made of that. I have also attached the final power point for scenario 1. Besides the calculations i will also need a written detail for the profit part as it is in the slide.

Please read the instructions for SCENARIO 2 carefully and make sure you are following all of the instructions.

I have attached all the materials i have for this including the case, scenario 1 instructions, results and power point. Most of them are just informal so you know what it is based on.

DO NOT FORGET WE ARE ONLY WORKING ON SCENARIO2 AND IT IS BASED ON THE RESULTS FOR SCENARIO1 AND NEED TO BE ADJUSTED FROM THOSE RESULTS.
