Clear marketing communication is imperative for informing the customer about your product. Unfortunately, the message does not always clearly come across to the consumers. Sometimes this is simply a poorly designed message that can be misinterpreted by the consumers, and other times these message are clearly deceptive and examples of false advertising.
- Choose one (1) of the following brands; Red Bull, Volkswagon, Activia Yogurt
- Research and report back to the class about the false advertising, the reason it was considered “false”, and the repercussions for the company.
- Make suggestions of how the advertising and their marketing communication could have better been handled.
