For this assignment you will be analyzing a movie of your choice using sociological theory. You must choose a movie I have seen. You must use theories from two of the theorists listed below and give at least 2 examples each, (4 total), of how of their theories can explain something in the film or examples of the theories in use in the movie. You need to show me you understand how to apply the theories you select. You will be graded on a 25-point scale for each example you choose. Improper use of a theory, or an example not explained enough to show the connection to a theory will lose you points. The assignment will be due 11/22 on canvas. The paper must be between 2 and 4 pages long double spaced in APA format. Make sure you proof read your work before you submit it. Work that has more than 4 or more spelling or grammar errors per page will need to be resubmitted and receive a 20-point reduction. You must upload a .doc or .docx file.
