• Reflect on how your perspective of the community’s health and the national, state, and local efforts toward a healthier population has changed because of your work. 
• Discuss the health of the target community population compared to national, state, and local health findings.
• Discuss how the interventions used would impact at the local, state, and national levels (include information on your chosen Healthy People 2030 goals). 
• Finally, what impact did your project have on your target population?

This project is about diabetes type 2 and presentations were completed at a church in Dallas Texas. The person who completed the permission form was Alisa Chapple.
