Instructions

Create a professional LinkedIn account and share your link with your classmates and faculty. Remember that LinkedIn is a professional site, so use a professional photo and relevant professional information. Accept invitations from your classmates to begin to develop a networking arena. Connect with your faculty. Upload your LinkedIn account URL in a Microsoft Word document.

For those who would prefer not to set up a LinkedIn account, here is an alternative assignment that will meet the same objectives:

1. Create a networking plan that includes your plan to network with colleagues for employment and professional development.
2. Submit your document to this assignment.

Please refer to the Grading Rubric for details on how this activity will be graded.

For this assignment to be considered complete, you must either complete a LinkedIn account and share the LinkedIn account URL in a Microsoft Word document or complete the alternative assignment; you must then submit the document to this assignment by Day 7. Remember that this assignment is complete at 100 points, so make sure you review all requirements and complete the assignment in its entirety. If the assignment is not complete, it is considered incomplete and will result in a 0.
