Leadership reflection

Moran, Burson, and Conrad (2020) state that doctoral students should prepare for and lead their own project team meetings as a demonstration of this competency (p. 178). In one of your classes, you reflected upon your individual leadership style(s), competencies of leadership, and/or communication skills that you might find challenging and brainstormed some activities that might strengthen these attributes. Please reflect on the leadership skills you have applied thus far in the development of your SPP and the effectiveness of those strategies. Please reflect on the strategies you utilized to address the skills that you felt to be more challenging and how effective they were. If the strategies were not effective or you have not started to address the skills identified as challenging, please address your plan in doing so. Have you encountered any conflicts? What strategies did you utilize to resolve the conflict? Do you feel they were effective? If not, what would you change?
