After viewing/reading the posted material and finding one additional research article, please engage in the following discussion on Canvas.
1. Discuss a time that you felt either unsafe or bullied in your role as a nurse (include who, what, where, how, why, when- DON’T name names- discuss in general terms). Explain what you did to decrease the stressful event and what you would do differently.
2. After reading your workplace’s policy regarding violence/bullying in the workplace, discuss how this policy supports you in your practice (is it strong enough, etc).
3. Discuss how the research article you read either supported or did not support your workplace policy.
