INTERPROFESSIONAL TEAMWORK

Based on attach readings and leadership video, please reflect in a 2 page, double-spaced paper the qualities of interprofessional teamwork that you have witnessed in either your workplace or your clinical site (please do NOT name the facility). Please focus on the following:
1. Give a specific example of when good communication, respect for the team members, and collaborative teamwork led to a great outcome for a patient (10 points).
2. Give a different specific example where a breakdown in communication among team members, lack of respect for team members, or poor collaboration among team members led to a less than desirable outcome for a patient (10 points).
3. Discuss (thoroughly) what aspects of interprofessionalism could have been employed in example #2 to improve the outcome (10 points).
4. Discuss what you think, from a nursing perspective, the role of the nurse is regarding interprofessional teamwork and give rationale for your choice. For example: nurse leader, patient advocate, etc (10 points).
5. Include 2 journal articles not given in the course to support your points(make sure articles are from within the last 5 years);
