Job search process: My concern with the job search process is when I should begin! I like to be proactive but know from my current company that resumes are likely to be ignored if I’m not yet licensed.Interviewing: During interviewing, I want to ask about patient load and time for charting to ensure it is a good fit but worry that it may come across as “lazy”. Would appreciate good ideas for wording these questions.Negotiation: I would love to know a realistic new grad salary for PMHNP in Boston, Ma.Other concern: What are some red flags in physician supervisor agreements?
