This assignment is aimed at taking a critical look at food security and sustainability.
Directions
- Please watch “Future of Food: Sustainability and Security”. The movie can be found online through the University library. To access the film, go to the library and select “databases”. Then, search for the database “Films on Demand”. Once in “Films on Demand”, search for the title of the movie.
- The movie is 10 years old, but is still quite valid in content. After viewing the film, see if you can find any updates on some of the concepts and concerns that were discussed.
Remember, treat this assignment as you would any written assignment. Please do not use web short hand (ie. lol, idk…).
