Falls Prevention Education

I live in Massachusetts and would likely consider nursing state journals such as American Journal of nursing. I have attached my project for review. My Topic is Fall prevention education targeting case managers who provide oversight to moderate to high risk patients that are 65 years of age and older. Education is to improve knowledge of falls among staff overseeing high risk patients to mitigate the risk for falls among this population.
