Experiential Assessment: Create a Project Charter

ou are creating a project charter for Bursting Blooms LLC, a company that grows and sells flowers and flower arrangements.

You will work in a Google Sheet that has a few different tabs. At the bottom of the Google Sheet window you will see tabs labeled “Project Charter,” “Project Proposal,” and “Business Case.” You can click on each tab to navigate between them.

In the “Project Charter” tab, you have a blank project charter. Throughout this project you will fill in the various sections of the project charter.
