Meeting Effectiveness Essay As you are working to create an accountable care organization (ACO) for your health system for which you serve as quality director, during the strategic planning process, there will be several meetings, not only with staff but with stakeholders at the executive level as well. Meeting effectiveness will be essential to gaining buy-in. For this assignment, discuss the need for effective meetings (i.e., how effective meetings are linked to stronger strategic planning and implementation, what the expectations and strategies are that should be considered to ensure that the meeting is constructive).
