Recently, we covered the chapter discussing different types of beverages. To keep conversation light since it is an exam week, please develop a dinner menu for your close friends and family and select an appropriate alcoholic beverage to pair with your meal. Keep in mind that specific beverages are meant to be paired with specific foods to balance and enhance flavors.
Share your thoughts on your fellow classmates’ menus and let them know if you agree or disagree that their beverage choice is appropriate for their menu. If you disagree with their choice, please give a recommendation for change.
