PROBLEM BACKGROUND:

Strategic Leadership is the ability to influence others to voluntarily make decisions that enhance the prospects for the organization’s long-term success while maintaining long-term financial stability.
Different leadership approaches impact the vision and direction of growth and the potential success of an organization.

QUESTION:

There are several different leadership styles (democratic, autocratic, dictatorship, etc.). For this question address the following aspects AS A MINIMUM and remember to write your answer as a report, DO NOT MERELY ADDRESS THE ELEMENTS

1) Select a minimum of two leaderships styles;

2) Identify and compare the pros and cons of those styles supported by citations and references;

3) Discuss how the styles you selected affect your area of program interest (e.g., marketing, finance, IT, Databases, etc.) and how they relate to and impact strategic leadership.

REMEMBER – provide a clear “report” type answer that follows an APA or APA-like format with citations and references.
