Communication in Health Education/Nursing Theory

This is two parts assignment one PPT and one page introductory paragraph, education should be towards adult people with Type 2 diabetes, find a nursing theory that could fit the education to this population… See the attached grading rubric.  Presentation slides should be easy readable not over crowded with too much information. Max 6 and reference slide use APA format removed any hyperlink showing on ref page.
