During your first two weeks at your clinical site, take some time to meet with your preceptor to discuss what clinical goals you would like to accomplish during this clinical semester. Use the NU664/NU665 Clinical Learning Objectives to help you and your preceptor define what is attainable in your specific clinical setting.

Submit at least three written clinical goals that you and your preceptor defined, so that your clinical faculty can review them and provide you feedback.

To Submit Your Assignment:

1. Select the Add Submissions button.
2. Drag or upload your file to the File Picker.
3. Select Save Changes.
