Description from Syllabus:

Borderline personality disorder from the DSM 5 and write a research paper which reviews the literature regarding 2 effective treatment approaches related to Borderline personality disorder and treatment of this disorder in a specified marginalized population. This paper should be 7-8 pages in length and in APA format. Headings are required. This paper should primarily focus on 2 specific treatments rather than on assessment and diagnosis. The title and reference pages are not included in page requirements. No abstract is needed.

Criteria include:

A. Clear identification of the disorder from the DSM 5 being researched and review of 2 effective treatment approaches. (50 pts).

Treatment approaches are applicable to the disorder.

Treatment approaches are explained in sufficient detail.

B. Treatment approaches are relevant to specified marginalized population. (25 pts).

Treatment approaches discussion takes into consideration and addresses specified minority population.

Treatment approaches are explained in sufficient detail as applicable to selected specified minority population.

C. Paper Mechanics (25 pts.).

Paper is well-organized and easy to read.

The paper must adhere to APA writing style, headings required, and should be 7-8 pages in length exclusive of title page and references page(s).
