Assignment 2
Throughout the course, we have talked a great deal about behavioral interventions. Given that academic behaviors are also behaviors, think about how the behavioral principals of learning apply to learning academic skills. For a mock child (or an actual child) do the following: 1) develop 2 measurable and meaningful academic goals (one for literacy and one for math), 2) identify strategies that you might use based on behavioral principals taught in this course and the individual needs of the child, 3) describe the nature of the materials who would use in order to address these goals in a context that promotes generalization of the skill.
