Instructors Comments:Perpetua, For some reason, you modified the QI project to a research study which can not be approved in this DNP program. The approved PICOT question was not used in this submission, and the intervention, design, and methodology is not consistent with all resources that should have been used to support your Quality Improvement work. I graded some areas and gave feedback, but since the main components were changed and not approved, some sections were not passing in grading. The submission has to be redone, and I would encourage you to take the class over so all components can be approved, developed, and integrated to make this the project that will succeed in future reviews. Even though the rubric shows a score of C, the project is not approved, and you are not ready to progress to the next class. There are also four components in the grade book that have not been handed in. The portfolio hours assignment, and the faculty eval have not been submitted so the requirements of the class have not been met.
