For this assignment, follow the instructions provided to complete the second part of the statistical analysis using the provided database.
- 1. Retrieve your coded Excel spreadsheet from Delete the two coded columns from last week’s assignment.
- 2. Using IntellectusStatistics:
- a. Create a project/name.
- b. Upload the Excel datasheet.
- c. Go to Analyses > Descriptive Statistics.
- d. Determine the central tendencies for:
- i. Age
- ii. Years of experience
- iii. Pre-test
- iv. Post-test
- e. Download and print the statistical analyses’ raw data from IntellectusStatistics, circle the four previously listed central tendencies, and then submit your document with the following scale data:
- i. Descriptives for gender
- ii. Descriptives for age
- iii. Descriptives for years of experience
- iv. Descriptives for pre-test scores
- v. Descriptives for post-test scores
- f. In a Word document, summarize the results of the descriptive statistics.
- i. Create a pie chart for gender.
- ii. Create a scatterplot using years of experience and label the axes appropriately:
- ii. X axis = subject code
- iv. Y axis = years of experience
- g. Download the PDFs of the pie chart and scatterplot in landscape orientation and upload them according to the submission instructions (following).
- h. In the Word document, add a narrative to describe the results of the scatterplot and pie chart.
