The purpose of this Assignment is to create an evaluation plan and complete the evaluation for your EBP project.

In this unit, you will submit evaluation plan written as if you had implemented the EBP project and had data to evaluate, if you did not have permission to do your EBP project from your MN590 instructor. These Evaluation results are analyzed and interpreted based on factors which may have affected the Final Project results. This should include:

• An introduction that briefly relates what your EBP project was.
• The method you are using to evaluate your EBP project.
• The results, findings, and limitations of your evaluation.
• The discussion of and conclusions drawn based on the evaluation results, and implications for nursing along with recommendations for further investigation or study.
