Methods

Measurement Instruments. Describe the measures/measurement tool/s chosen to study the processes and outcomes of the interventions, including rationale for choosing them, including validity and reliability for proprietary tools.  Describe the approach that will used be for on-going assessment of the interventions that contribute to success, failure, efficiency, and cost of the project. Describe the methods that will be used to assess completeness and accuracy of data obtained.

Data Collection Procedures. Describe what how data will be collected and how you will protect it.

Data Analysis. Describe the process that will be used for data analysis. Describe any potential variations in the data, including the effect of time as a variable.

Ethical considerations. Describe ethical aspects of the project; how these will be were addressed including, but not limited to, a formal ethics review, submission to a shared governance committee, or other governing body. Discuss potential conflict of interest. 

Discussion

            The discussion should summarize the expected results/outcomes and provide an interpretation of the results or outcomes as compared to findings in other studies.  Describe key findings including relevance to the rationale for addressing this problem and project aim. Discuss strengths of the project. If appropriate, include a discussion about project limitations.

Implications for Nursing

            Include a discussion on the implications of this project for nursing practice, leadership, education, and research.

Conclusion

            The conclusion sections provides a summary of the entire project, the main points and results, implications for nursing and future research on this topic. Include suggested next steps for this project.
